Refund Policy - the basics

Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds and returns are handled for both digital and physical products purchased from Trusty’s Golden Hour.

  1. Digital Products

All digital photo downloads are final sale.

Because digital files cannot be returned once delivered, I do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on digital items.

If you experience an issue accessing your files, please contact me and I will resend the download link.

  2. Physical Products (Prints)Physical items are produced and shipped by a third‑party provider (Printful).

Refunds or replacements may be offered in the following situations:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item is defective

  • The wrong item was received

​To request a replacement, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.

3. Order Cancellations

Digital products cannot be canceled once the file has been delivered.
Physical product orders may only be canceled if production has not yet started. Contact me as soon as possible if you need help with an order.

4. Lost or Delayed Shipments

Shipping times for physical products vary by location and carrier. Delays caused by the carrier, customs, or incorrect addresses are outside my control. If your order appears lost, contact me and I will assist you in opening a claim or requesting a replacement when applicable.

5. Incorrect Address

If a physical order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the item.

6. Non‑Refundable Items

The following items cannot be refunded:

Digital downloads

Gift cards

Custom or personalized orders (if offered in the future)
