Digital Products Digital downloads are delivered immediately after payment. Because digital files cannot be returned, all digital purchases are final. If you experience issues accessing your files, please contact me for assistance.

Physical Products (Prints) Physical items are produced and shipped by a third‑party provider (Printful). Processing and shipping times vary by product and location. Any shipping delays, carrier issues, or customs fees are outside my control.

Payments Payments are processed securely through Wix, Stripe, or PayPal. I do not receive or store full credit card details. By completing a purchase, you agree to provide accurate billing information.

Intellectual Property All photos, images, text, and content on this website are the property of Trusty’s Golden Hour. Purchasing a digital or physical product does not grant you permission to resell, redistribute, or claim the work as your own. Personal use only unless otherwise stated.

Order Cancellations Digital products cannot be canceled once downloaded. Physical product orders may only be canceled if production has not yet begun. Contact me as soon as possible if you need help with an order.

Website Changes I may update or change the website, product offerings, or these Terms and Conditions at any time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent version.

Limitation of Liability I am not responsible for technical issues, third‑party service interruptions, or damages resulting from misuse of digital files. Your use of this website is at your own risk.
